You can edit this template by editing the text between lines with
"--" strings. Orbitron will look to this file (Notes\00000.txt) when 
it needs notes template. It gets all text after the line started 
with "--" characters and before similar one as ending line.
In Orbitron, please double click on EMPTY notes to paste this template.

Legend/Fields:
  LAUNCHED - launch time (UTC) and vehicle name in format:
             YYYY/MM/DD@hh:mm:ss by ...
  SITE     - site of launch
  DNLINK,
  UPLINK,
  BEACON   - frequencies in MHz with annotations in bracket; 
             * denotes comfirmed downlink
	     examples:
	       145.000, 1200.000, 145.870/880/890, 435.800-435.900
	     To be understanded by doppler calculator, frequencies 
	     must be in notation like "145.000" (three or more digits
	     after dot), NOT "145". First frequency from range is
	     taken for doppler calculator.
  SIG      - information about signal
  NOTES    - also called INFO; last field with miscellaneous data
