Health, Fitness, Nutrition & Well-Being in Modern Life
Essential Question
What does it really mean to live a healthy life — and who is responsible for making healthy choices possible?
Health is often presented as an individual responsibility:
exercise more • eat better • sleep enough • manage stress • spend less time online
But real well-being is more complex.
It depends on:
personal behaviour • education • income • environment • social support • access to healthcare • university policies • technology • work and study conditions
This module examines health not simply as a personal issue, but as a professional, social and institutional challenge.
